Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 3-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You can choose between "without delivery" or "with delivery" for your package.

You will always receive a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Notice of withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notice of withdrawal must be sent by email. The message must clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Goods upon Return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that you may receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount upon withdrawal. It is up to CFC-Bait IVS to assess the condition of the goods.

Warranty Claims
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all defects in software, material, and workmanship.

Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to CFC-Bait IVS within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Reasonable shipping costs will be refunded.

The warranty claim is void in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

CFC-Bait ApS covers the return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
